Role & responsibilities

The Site Design Specialist ensures site design activities meet customer needs and are in line with Nokia standards and guidelines as well as local/regional regulations. Responsible for all technical aspects (EG permit and construction drawings, static / foundation calculations, soil reports, etc.), all AutoCAD-2D & 3D drawing creation, approval procedures, and design-related acceptances. Design & documentation into common dataset, Structure comparative study, EPA calc, static analysis can be automated, Generation of BoM, Scheduling & reporting

Preferred candidate profile

Enables site design according to customers, Nokia’s standards and guidelines and local regulations. • Ensures site design activities meet project and local requirements. • Responsible for all technical aspects regarding permit drawings, construction drawings, static calculations, foundation calculations / studies, soil reports, land surveys, all drawing approval procedures. • Confines global design guidelines according to country specific rules and regulations. • Responsible for all CAD drawings (Interfaces, Signalling, Energy Line, Feeder/Feeder less line creation, as Built, Vision, PDF editor, 2D & 3D Model drawing with latest software version. (Civil, Electrical, mechanical and TI designs can be built) • Responsible for all design-related acceptances • Ccooperates with all departments. • Virtual reality • Accurate planning • Faster Design • Design clash detection to avoid on-site errors. • Multi Designer collaboration • Future proof to meet customer extended requirements. • Cloud based tool covering project lifecycle. • Document Versioning & compliance to ISO 19650 • Changes visualization in real time • Communication, issue management & Approvals • User access control • Unified Data availability • Auditor Impact •
