Autocad Designer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design vinyl pools, safety covers, and panel designs using dimensional information.

• Proficiently use AutoCAD for all design tasks.
  
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production design environment.
  
• Utilize existing tools and systems to develop products.
  
• Collaborate effectively with internal and international teams.
  
• Incorporate constructive feedback to improve skills and performance.
  
• Handle confidential information such as reports, manuals, and designs with discretion.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.E/B.Tech graduate.
  
• 1-3 years of AutoCAD design experience (certification preferred).
  
• Experience in the swimming pool industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  
• Strong math skills, high attention to detail, and excellent time management.
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn and deliver accurate results.
  
• Ability to perform well under pressure, especially during peak periods.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and analyze customer requirements.
  
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
