AUTOCAD 2D Designer

You will be working in New Delhi in the Interior Lightings / Handicraft metal / glass industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop 2D / 3D drafting for various projects, including primary, secondary, and tertiary structures. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting, preferably in the lighting manufacturing industry. Your qualifications should include a Graduate / Post Graduate degree, preferably in Mechanical / Electrical background from a reputed organization. Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D is a must, and knowledge of 3D designing tools like Rhino, Solid works, or Solid edge will be an added advantage. Your daily tasks will involve developing design drawings, creating Bill of Material, supporting purchase processes, and coordinating with production and other departments for project deliveries. You will be responsible for inspection of materials based on drawings and maintaining document change records. Key skills required for this role include proficiency in CAD software, interpretation of drawing specifications, understanding of manufacturing processes and materials, coordination with production teams and designers, and conducting quality inspections. The working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Salary will be commensurate with your work experience and knowledge.
