Location: Oman
Salary: 200 OMR
Qualification: 10th Pass & Above
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in an authorized dealership

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Auto Dentor with strong expertise in denting and body shop repair work. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in restoring vehicle body panels, repairing accidental damages, and ensuring structural alignment while maintaining international quality standards.

This position requires precision, practical knowledge, and the ability to handle advanced body repair tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Denting & Body Repair

• Perform dent removal on vehicle body panels using manual and automated tools.
• Restore damaged vehicle parts caused by accidents, impacts, or wear and tear.
• Carry out panel beating, welding, filling, and shaping tasks as required.
• Straighten chassis, frames, and body structures to original specifications.

2. Surface Preparation

• Smoothen and prepare body surfaces for painting.
• Apply fillers and sand surfaces to achieve a clean, uniform finish.
• Ensure the repaired area meets the required surface quality.

3. Use of Tools & Equipment

• Operate dent pulling machines, welding tools, grinders, and other workshop equipment safely.
• Ensure proper maintenance and handling of tools and machinery.

4. Quality Control

• Inspect repaired areas to ensure accuracy, alignment, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with painters and supervisors for final finishing and delivery.
• Perform final checks to ensure all repairs are seamless and durable.

5. Documentation & Communication

• Report repair progress to supervisors and workshop leads.
• Maintain records of work completed and materials used.
• Communicate technical issues or additional repair needs promptly.

• Strong technical knowledge of denting and body shop processes
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with modern workshop tools and techniques
• Strong problem-solving and assessment skills
