You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout their property journey. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction & Support 1. Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings 2. Conduct initial client consultations to understand their property requirements and budget 3. Provide detailed information about our current and upcoming projects 4. Schedule and coordinate property site visits and presentations 5. Maintain regular follow-up communication with potential buyers Sales Support 1. Assist senior sales team members in preparing property presentations and proposals 2. Help generate and qualify leads through various channels 3. Maintain accurate client databases and update CRM systems regularly 4. Prepare and distribute marketing materials and project brochures 5. Support in organizing property exhibitions and marketing events Administrative Duties 1. Process client inquiries and requests promptly 2. Coordinate with internal teams including legal, finance, and project management 3. Assist in documentation and paperwork related to property bookings 4. Prepare regular reports on client interactions and feedback 5. Handle basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately Relationship Management 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients 2. Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction 3. Gather client feedback and suggestions for service improvement 4.
