Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales of our specialized nutraceutical ingredients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B sales within the pharma/nutraceutical industry. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with nutraceutical and pharmaceutical companies. Promote Aurora’s ingredient portfolio with a strong focus on USP-based selling (e.g., Vegiferol®, Peaoid®, Bravoflex). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical and logistics team for smooth deliveries. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends. Represent Aurora Farmabio at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Key RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Business Management (preferred). Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales (nutraceuticals/pharmaceuticals/ingredients preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel as required for client meetings and business development. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
