Position Overview The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction, staff productivity, and business profitability. This leadership role requires a blend of strong management skills, exceptional customer service, and a deep understanding of wellness and spa services. Key Roles and Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee all daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Monitor spa facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a serene environment. Maintain inventory levels of products, linens, and supplies; manage ordering and vendor relations. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all spa functions. Staff Management Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff including therapists, receptionists, and housekeeping. Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance to ensure adequate coverage. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Foster a positive, professional, and supportive work environment. Guest Experience Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards. Handle client feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor and enhance the customer journey from booking to post-treatment follow-up. Implement client retention strategies and oversee loyalty programs. Sales and Business Development Drive revenue growth through promotions, package development, and upselling techniques. Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends and improve performance. Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns, events, and seasonal offerings. Build partnerships with local businesses and wellness influencers to expand the brand.
