Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Manager for South India to lead and manage student recruitment . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing partnerships, driving student enrollments through agency networks, and achieving recruitment targets. Key Responsibilities Student Recruitment & Partnership Development Identify, onboard, and manage education consultants, and institutional partners across South India. Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to generate student leads for Aura’s programs. Conduct partner training sessions, webinars, and presentations to promote Aura’s academic offerings, scholarships, and admission processes. Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual student recruitment targets as per agreed KPIs. Drive high conversion rates by ensuring timely communication, documentation, and follow-ups with partners. Track and report performance metrics for each partner to ensure accountability and performance improvement. Marketing & Promotion Support Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns, student fairs, and promotional events in South India. Share market insights, competitor activities, and recruitment trends with the admissions leadership team. Admissions Coordination Guide partners through the application process, ensuring complete and accurate student documentation. Coordinate pre-screening of student profiles for eligibility before submission to the admissions team. Support partners with visa guidance, scholarship information, and pre-departure briefings. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or International Education). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international student recruitment, B2B sales, or educational partnerships . Strong network of education agents and institutional partners in South India. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
