The Role As our People & Culture Manager , you will be the architect of our next chapter. Your job is to create systems, spark engagement, and ensure our people feel seen, heard, and supported, without losing sight of performance and accountability. What Youll Do: Design and implement HR systems and processes (from zero to functioning). Develop a performance appraisal system thats actually useful. Build engagement initiatives that connect veterans with new hires. Partner with leadership to align culture with business goals. Handle conflict with calm, clarity, and curiosity. Ensure compliance while keeping things human. What Were Looking For: 15+ years of HR/People experience, ideally in creative or service-led industries. Experience handling diverse tenures from decades-long veterans to fresh joiners. A balance of structure and flexibility: you can write the playbook, then improvise when needed. High EQ, strong communication, and a knack for making policies people actually follow. Willingness to take on a hybrid scope if the match is right.
