Company Description Crimson Vistas, established in 2013 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, has been providing exceptional temporary accommodation for travelers visiting Mahindra World City and Kodaikanal. Over the years, we have successfully accommodated over 50000+ guests, including corporate professionals and individual travelers, offering them a comfortable stay. In 2015, we expanded services to include PG accommodation for men, further meeting the diverse needs of clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Operations for our property located in Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu. The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling budgeting. They will work closely with other departments to ensure efficient operations and deliver high-quality services to guests. Qualifications · General Management and Operations Management skills · Customer Service skills · Team Management skills · Budgeting & Negotiation skills · Strong leadership and interpersonal skills · Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field · Previous experience in the hospitality industry a must ( 10-15 years) · Hands on experience in Hotel Management software(s). · Fluency in English and Tamil.
