This is your opportunity to: ✔️ Design for exciting brands in fashion, food, and hospitality industries ✔️ Work with a full-stack marketing team (strategists, marketers, developers) ✔️ Grow your skills into branding, motion design, and creative strategy ✔️ Fast track your growth into Senior Designer and Creative Head roles Role & Responsibilities : As a Graphic Designer at Aura Clips, you’ll be responsible for bringing brands to life visually — across social media, ads, websites, and campaigns. ✅ Core Design Work Create high-quality social media posts, ad creatives, stories, banners, thumbnails, and website visuals Design brand identity elements: logos, mood boards, visual guidelines Support motion graphics and video teams with static assets Create marketing collaterals: brochures, flyers, business cards, menus, LinkedIn posts ✅ Client-Centric Execution Follow brand guidelines strictly for clients Maintain quality standards, version control, and timely revisions Manage feedback loops professionally with Project Managers and clients ✅ Operational Excellence Organise and maintain project files in Google Drive Export creatives in multiple formats and versions as needed Source stock images responsibly and optimise for web ✅ Innovation & Growth Experiment with AI tools (for conceptual visuals and enhancements) Collaborate on concept building for ads, social storytelling, and campaign designs Stay updated on design trends for fashion, luxury, food & beverage sectors Tools You'll Use : Adobe Photoshop (Creatives, Image Retouching) Adobe Illustrator (Branding, Vectors, Layouts) Canva (Quick presentations and template adaptations) Google Drive (Project management and asset organisation) (Knowledge of Figma, Midjourney, or other AI/UX tools is a bonus!) Growth Path : Phase 1 – Learn the Brand Language (~3 Months) Adapt to our client visual standards (minimalism, elegance, premium aesthetics). Phase 2 – Own Client Design Portfolios Manage full creative output for brands.
