Location: Near Teen Petrol Pump, Thane Job Type: Full-time (6 Days a Week) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Description: We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in Tally, MS Office apps, and possess excellent communication skills. This role is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in accounting and finance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring the accuracy of accounting data. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents in Tally. Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and other routine accounting tasks. Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting. Handle day-to-day transactions and ensure proper documentation of entries. Manage petty cash and office expenses. Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and reports. Provide support in audits and assist senior accountants in data collection and report generation. Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payments and outstanding balances. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Other ad-hoc accounting duties as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Graduation in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent) or pursuing similar qualifications. Prior experience in accounts or finance is a plus but not mandatory.
