The Opportunity: What You Will Learn As a Trainee, you will receive intensive, hands-on training from industry experts. You will master the fundamentals of curating unforgettable travel packages, including: Global Sourcing & Contracting: Assisting in identifying, negotiating, and contracting with international and domestic suppliers (hotels, airlines, ground handlers). Market Intelligence: Conducting in-depth competitor and market trend analysis to ensure our products are innovative and competitive. Costing & Pricing: Learning the commercial aspects of travel, including product cost calculation and yield management. System Management: Gaining proficiency in industry-specific booking and product management software. Collaboration: Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to launch new products successfully. We Are Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail . A proactive, results-oriented, and ambitious mindset. A genuine passion for the global travel industry. Commitment and Growth To ensure we invest in candidates who are committed to long-term growth with us, this position requires a structured Employment Contract Bond for a fixed period.
