Role Description We are seeking a full-time Assistant Brand Manager for Marketing to join our team on-site at our Mumbai office. The role involves developing branding strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to strengthen Augmont's brand presence. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, manage brand assets, and engage in customer outreach initiatives to support organizational goals. Additionally, regular performance tracking and optimization of marketing efforts will be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Marketing and branding expertise, including planning and executing campaigns Strong analytical skills for market research and campaign performance evaluation Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques Creativity and innovation in designing and implementing effective promotional strategies Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills Understanding of the precious metals or related industries is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
