Job Type:Full-Time | On-Field Role Working Hours:11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Includes a 2-hour break) Salary & Incentives:Fixed Pay: ₹15,000/ ₹20,000 monthIncentives: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000/month (Based on conversion performance)Experience candidates salary depend on their last salary and interview Performance Expectations: Daily Lead Target: 15 Leads (Minimum 3 Hot Interested + 2 Warm Leads)Monthly Lead Target: 60 Verified LeadsConversion Rate: Minimum 50% to 60% conversion expected from your submitted leadsMonthly target decide by the salary structure and all. Note: All leads will be verified by the backend team before being considered valid.Follow-up & Closing Responsibility:You must complete follow-ups, close the deal, and ensure onboarding of the assigned leads.Any leads assigned to you must be fully handled till closure and onboarding.
