Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, leading marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution. The candidate will also be expected to create and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Experience in identifying and developing business opportunities, and establishing client relationships Skills in marketing initiatives and creating and presenting proposals Negotiation and contract management skills Knowledge and experience in the building design and construction industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Chennai BBA/B.Com or MBA in Marketing Management shall be desirable Experience with green building certifications and sustainability practices is a plus
