Ensure end-to-end resolution of queries related to orders, returns, shipping, product usage, etc. 4. Maintain up-to-date FAQs and response templates in collaboration with the marketing and operations teams. 5. Capture customer feedback and relay insights to the product, marketing, and CX teams. 6. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners to track and resolve order-level issues. 7. Ensure timely SLAs and a consistently high CSAT score. 8. Identify and escalate recurring issues or operational bottlenecks.
