Audit Quality Monitoring Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Work with the AQM team to support quality-related initiatives like Pre-issuance Review Programs, PCAOB inspection preparation, and Audit Quality Reviews - Understand clients" industries, identify key performance drivers, and stay updated on industry developments - Deliver exceptional client service by providing quality services, maximizing results, and fostering collaboration - Establish relationships with internal stakeholders, anticipate audit quality needs, and respond to queries effectively - Manage and supervise the execution of Audit Quality Projects Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in assurance in mid or top-tier accounting firms - Chartered accountant/CPA/ACCA qualification - Strong knowledge of assurance-related concepts, US GAAS, and GAAP requirements - Demonstrated ability in delivering projects and performing live file reviews - Experience in client relationship development and managing audit quality - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues within and outside the US Note: BPM India Advisory Services Private Limited is a subsidiary of BPM LLP, one of the largest California-based accounting and consulting firms.
