Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Audit Executive with strong practical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards, statutory compliance and audit procedures. The candidate should be capable of independently handling audit assignments, managing client coordination and supervising a team of 3–4 members.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, execute and manage statutory audit assignments.
• Conduct tax audits under Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act.
• Handle internal audits, concurrent audits and other assurance assignments.
• Perform audit procedures, vouching, verification and financial statement reviews.
• Prepare audit working papers, audit reports and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and auditing requirements.
• Identify audit observations, discrepancies and areas of non-compliance.
• Assist in finalisation of financial statements and preparation of audit reports.
• Handle client coordination and obtain necessary audit information and documentation.
• Supervise, guide and manage a team of 3–4 team members.
• Review work performed by junior team members and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Manage multiple audit engagements and ensure adherence to statutory deadlines.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com
• CA Intermediate / CA Dropout candidates preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a Chartered Accountant firm.
• Must be currently working with a Chartered Accountant firm – mandatory.
• Must be residing in Navi Mumbai – mandatory.
• Strong practical knowledge of statutory audits, tax audits and audit procedures.
• Ability to independently manage audit assignments from commencement to completion.
• Should have experience in supervising and managing a team of 3–4 members.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel and other accounting/audit tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and review skills.
• Excellent team management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and work within strict deadlines.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
