Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Lead and mentor audit teams: assign tasks, review work, and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and professional standards (such as ICAI Standards).
Develop audit programs customized to risk profiles and client requirements.
Prepare and present audit reports with robust findings and actionable recommendations for improvements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring clear communication throughout the audit process.
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on past reports.
Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Updation of Audit working papers and documentation in organized manner.

Preferred candidate profile

CA intermediate candidate with articleship experience.
