We are business consulting group promoted by CAs engaged in fund syndication, arranging government grants for MSMEs, Internal audit management audit and compliance checks.
Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Performing financial audits, internal audits, and cost control audits
2. Preparing Budget statements, reconciling accounts, analyzing data, and issuing and presenting balance sheets3. Assisting the clients in compliance with tax and fiscal laws such as RERA, TDS, GST, IT
4. Analyze the business model and assess its capital structure and finance needs
5. Prepare the deal flyers/information memos/projections, etc.6. Appraise and liaison with the investors and lenders for sanction, fundraising, and post-sanction/equity placement compliance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
