Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Ascent ENT Hospital Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BASLP and be able to work full-time.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough assessments of patients with hearing and balance disorders, including diagnosing the underlying cause and developing effective treatment plans.
Provide expert advice on hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other hearing rehabilitation options.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in audiology and speech language pathology.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.

Job Requirements

Hold a degree in BASLP or equivalent qualification.
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop creative solutions.
Be compassionate and empathetic, providing high-quality patient care and support.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
