Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiologist, based in Noida. The Audiologist will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments, fitting hearing aids, and providing patient counseling and follow-up care. Daily tasks will also include interpreting test results, preparing patient care plans, and educating patients about hearing health. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on the latest audiology advancements are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting audiological evaluations, hearing assessments, and interpreting results.
• Skills in fitting, programming, and fine-tuning hearing aids and related devices.
• Proficiency in patient counseling, follow-up care, and designing individualized care plans.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in using audiological tools and software; familiarity with remote audiometry is a plus.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Audiology; professional certification and licensure as per regulations.
• Ability to stay updated on industry developments and apply knowledge to improve service quality.
