About the Role We are seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented Content Researcher & Resource Curator to support the development of a high-quality resource library that will inform future learning platforms, courses, and consulting products. This is a foundational role with long-term potential. You’ll work closely with our founder, Prem Anand , to research, organise, and synthesise information across diverse domains—ranging from hospitality protocols and luxury standards to emotional intelligence, service rituals, and human behaviour. Your ability to follow direction is important—but equally valued is your initiative to go beyond the brief: exploring deeper resources, decoding values, and assembling content in a way that makes it easy to use, reference, and publish. Key Responsibilities Research topics related to hospitality, service culture, etiquette, psychology, client experience, and emotional intelligence. Source and curate relevant videos, articles, white papers, books, and academic material. Extract core ideas and summarise content into short, usable formats (quotes, bullet points, values). Organise and label content into templates and folders by category, topic, or project. Build topic-specific research files that can later be used for course creation, writing, or product development. Work collaboratively with Prem, taking the initiative to suggest better ways to structure or present findings. Track and maintain a growing content library with clear naming conventions and version control.
