We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our Accounts outsourcing Company in Mohali, Punjab. While training will be provided, we prefer candidates with prior experience in US/UK/AU Accounting. A strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles is essential, along with proficient English skills. Candidates with excellent verbal communication abilities are highly valued. The minimum qualification required for this role is a B.Com degree. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a professional services accounting or bookkeeping firm. An Accounting (or similar) degree, preferably with CA Inter certification, is preferred. Proficiency in reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing management accounts is expected. Moreover, good English communication skills are necessary for tasks such as understanding emails and drafting responses. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift. To be considered, applicants must have a commerce background education such as B.Com, M.Com, CA, etc. Candidates without a background in accounting need not apply.
