Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads from the company’s database. Explain the project details (location, amenities, pricing, approvals, etc.) clearly and professionally. Generate interest and fix appointments for site visits. Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain relationships until closure. Record and update customer information in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handover and follow-up. Achieve daily/weekly calling and site visit targets. Requirements Female candidates only (Freshers & Experienced can apply). Qualification: PUC / Any Degree. Strong communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage).
