Role Description This is a full-time role for an Executive Personal Assistant, located on-site in Vadodara. We’re hiring a dynamic, confident, and driven executive personal assistant to work directly with the founder. This is not your typical admin role—this is for someone who wants to be at the heart of a fast-growing luxury fashion startup. You will support operations across multiple departments , including packaging, sourcing, influencer coordination, customer service, event sales, and general admin. From resolving customer concerns to sourcing a tassel urgently, or managing a pop-up sales table to responding to collaboration emails—you’ll be the go-to person to help the brand function smoothly. Key Responsibilities Daily business operations and management Customer service: handling returns, order issues, and client communication Managing influencer collaborations and brand email communications Maintaining spreadsheets for orders, inventory, and influencer campaigns Including packaging supervision and dispatch coordination Supporting founder at exhibitions and pop-up events (setup + sales) Coordinating with vendors, artisans, and delivery partners Sourcing materials or assisting with product repairs locally Acting as a hands-on support system for anything the brand or founder needs Joining team brainstorming calls for marketing, content, and product development Qualifications Strong command over English (written and spoken) Highly organized, reliable, and solution-oriented Confident with independent decision-making and handling pressure Minimum 1 year experience in any of operations, marketing, admin, retail, or sales Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills Comfortable with errands, field visits, and daily coordination Bonus: Background in fashion, events, luxury, or D2C brands Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Fashion, or equivalent preferred Why Join Attosa?
