Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Teller at Attitude Collections, located in Mumbai. The Teller will be responsible for managing cash transactions, maintaining records of transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of all data entries. The Teller will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities may include balancing cash drawers, processing deposits and withdrawals, and assisting with other financial services as needed. Qualifications Experience in cash management, transaction processing, and maintaining records Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Proficiency with relevant financial software and tools Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or a related field is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
