We are seeking a highly experienced L4 Laptop Repair Engineer(2 Position) to handle advanced hardware troubleshooting and repair of laptops at the component level. This role demands a deep understanding of motherboard-level repair, diagnostics, BGA rework, and SMD soldering. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair complex laptop hardware issues including motherboard faults and power issues. Perform chip-level troubleshooting and repairs using schematics and diagnostic tools. Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, BIOS programmers, hot air rework stations, etc. Handle BGA reballing/replacement, SMD soldering, and micro-soldering of components. Maintain repair logs and ensure timely reporting of repair status. Aware about ESD safety procedures and ensure high-quality workmanship. Coordinate with L1–L3 engineers and provide technical escalation support. Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure full functionality. Maintain inventory of repair parts and suggest procurement needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in chip-level laptop repairs. Proficient with schematic reading and circuit tracing. Experience with Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, etc. Excellent hand-soldering skills and use of rework stations. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple repairs.
