Job Description

As a Salesforce Consultant at Infosys, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Salesforce to drive innovative solutions and ensure client satisfaction. With over 9 years of Salesforce experience, you will play a crucial role in defining Salesforce architecture, sharing alternative solution approaches, and establishing development best practices tailored to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will actively participate in and lead customer design review boards, demonstrating your proficiency in Apex, Integration, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Key Responsibilities: - Define Salesforce architecture and share alternative solution approaches - Establish development best practices customized for customer requirements - Lead customer design review boards and actively participate in the process - Demonstrate expertise in Apex, Integration, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Prior experience in implementing Sales and Service cloud solutions - Manage and mentor a team of 10 to 15 members effectively Qualifications Required: - Salesforce certifications including PD1, PD2, Sales and Service Consultant - Additional SFDC certifications will be considered an added advantage As an Infoscion, you will work closely with clients to understand their issues, identify areas for improvement, and design and deploy technology solutions that exceed their expectations. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, assessing financial processes and pricing models for projects, and showcasing your domain knowledge. Furthermore, your client interfacing skills and project management abilities will be essential in ensuring successful project delivery and team coordination.,
