Key Responsibilities : WordPress Development : Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites using PHP, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Elementor Expertise : Customize and develop beautiful and functional websites using Elementor, including the creation of custom Elementor widgets and templates. Custom Theme and Plugin Development : Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements. Optimization : Ensure website performance, speed, and SEO best practices, making sure sites are fully optimized for both desktop and mobile. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the design and marketing teams to translate business needs and ideas into a smooth user experience. Maintenance and Updates : Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to ensure security and functionality. Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues, bugs, and compatibility problems. Client Communication : Communicate with clients to understand their goals and deliver the right solutions on time. Required Skills & Qualifications : Experience : More than 1+ years of professional WordPress development experience. PHP : Solid understanding of PHP and ability to work with custom PHP code. Elementor : Extensive experience working with the Elementor page builder and creating custom Elementor widgets, templates, and sections. WordPress Core : Strong understanding of the WordPress core, theme, and plugin development. HTML/CSS/JavaScript : Expertise in front-end web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (vanilla, jQuery). Responsive Design : Ability to create responsive, mobile-first websites. Version Control : Experience with Git or other version control systems. SEO Best Practices : Knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to implement on-page SEO. Performance Optimization : Understanding of website speed optimization techniques, caching, and code minification.
