Change Management: Coordinate and implement system updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal impact on users. User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders, addressing any issues or questions related to ServiceNow. Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on system performance, usage, and incident trends to identify areas for improvement. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to align ServiceNow functionalities with business objectives and improve service delivery. Compliance and Security: Ensure that ServiceNow operations adhere to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and security best practices. Qualification: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 2+ years of experience managing or supporting the ServiceNow platform in an operational capacity. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or similar certification preferred. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionalities. Proficiency in scripting languages used in ServiceNow (e.g., JavaScript, Glide). Experience with ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
