Role & responsibilities Initial Level sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates. Telephonic Interviews to collect candidate's Basic Information. Publish and remove job ads. Support in end to end recruitment, including white collar and blue collar. Support in onboarding & Induction and new joinee trainings. Support in Creating a recruitment network on social media and other mediums. Recruitment Database Management like candidate record, File management etc. Planning and conduction of interviews to close the hiring requirements within the TAT.
