Atlassian Administrator (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

We are hiring an experienced Atlassian Administrator (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) to support, maintain, and optimize our cloud application suite. This role requires hands-on expertise in Jira configurations, workflow automation, integrations, and security management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project management, software development, and collaboration processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer and configure Jira Software, Confluence, and Bitbucket for global teams
* Manage Jira workflows, automation, and user permissions to improve system efficiency
* Integrate Atlassian tools with DevOps pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps)
* Oversee Jira security, compliance, and performance monitoring
* Customize dashboards & reports using JQL and other Atlassian tools
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
* Perform Jira/Confluence Cloud migrations, upgrades, and system maintenance
* Provide user training, documentation, and best practices for Atlassian tools

Required Skills & Experience

* 1-3 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator managing Jira, Confluence & Bitbucket
* Expertise in Jira workflow customization, automation, and integrations
* Proficiency in Groovy, Python, or Bash scripting for Jira automation
* Experience with Atlassian Marketplace Apps (ScriptRunner, BigPicture, Tempo)
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration and DevOps tools
* Strong understanding of Jira security, user management, and compliance policies
* Ability to troubleshoot system issues & optimize performance
* Preferred: Atlassian certifications (e.g., Certified Jira Administrator)
