Company: AtlasProds Technologies LLP Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (with upto 3 total client site visits - reimbursable) Employment Type: Contract/Freelance Duration: Project-based (3-6 months estimated) Job Overview AtlasProds Technologies LLP is seeking an experienced ERPNext Implementation Engineer to lead the customization and deployment of ERPNext for a manufacturing client transitioning from Tally ERP. This contract role involves designing tailored workflows, implementing custom modules, and ensuring seamless migration of business processes to ERPNext. Key Responsibilities System Analysis & Design: Analyze client's existing Tally-based operations and design corresponding ERPNext workflows for Accounts, Purchase, Stores, and Production modules Custom Development: Develop custom scripts, doctypes, and workflows to match client's specific business requirements in the solar component manufacturing sector Data Migration: Plan and execute migration of historical data from Tally to ERPNext, ensuring data integrity and minimal business disruption Module Configuration: Configure and customize ERPNext modules including Financial Accounting, Purchase Management, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing workflows User Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client staff on new ERPNext processes and workflows Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, user manuals, and process guides for ongoing system maintenance Support & Testing: Provide thorough testing, bug fixes, and post-implementation support during the transition period Required Qualifications ERPNext Expertise: Minimum 1 hands-on experience with ERPNext implementation, customization, and development currently in production Technical Skills: Proficiency in Frappe Framework, and ERPNext API development ERP Migration Experience: Proven track record of successful ERP migrations, preferably from Tally or similar accounting software Manufacturing Domain Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing workflows, inventory management, and production planning processes Database Skills: Experience with MariaDB/MySQL and data migration tools Communication: Good communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Experience with manufacturing industry workflows Knowledge of Indian GST compliance and statutory reporting Project Details Client Visits: Upto 3 reimbursed trips to client location (travel expenses covered) Work Mode: Hybrid - remote work with periodic on-site presence in Coimbatore Timeline: Estimated 3-6 months with defined milestones Compensation: Competitive project-based fee (negotiable based on experience) Application Requirements Please submit: Detailed resume highlighting ERPNext implementation projects References from past clients (manufacturing sector preferred) Expected project fee and availability timeline
