Description Sourcing, identifying and approaching potential new technicians/companies in the areas designated by the GNM. Arranging first contacts on the phone to check the potential match. Arranging interviews (video calls) individually and in coordination with GNM. Gathering and first screening of CVs. Presenting matching candidates to GNM. Coordination with our Technical Department for the Technical vetting of potential partners. Keeping the database up to date, making sure all records, documents and agreements related to partners are up to date at all times (including passports, insurance certificates, IDs/Driving licences, etc.). Following up the Induction Training of new partners with our Technical Department. Ensuring Partners have passed the relevant Mr Marine Academy exams successfully allowing them to perform certain types of jobs (incl. refresher courses) Registering new partners in our system (Drive and SAP) and announcing them internally to all departments involved. Sourcing and delivery of Mr Marine’s IDs and any other branding items needed for technicians (high visibility vests/coveralls/elevator stickers, etc). Creating IDs and making sure they are always up to date. Keeping registration of delivered items. Requirements Function requirements Minimum a first-level university degree. Minimum of 3 years of working experience, preferably in the international shipping business. Strong commercial skills Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) Advanced in business English (reading and writing) Being a tech-savvy Competencies Self-starter with the ability to take responsibility Team player.
