Counsel students based on their background, interests, and career goals. Guide leads through the admission process including application, documentation, and payment. Take regular follow-ups from interested leads to maintain engagement and increase conversions. Maintain and update lead data and call status in Excel sheets or CRM tools. Share daily/weekly updates on lead conversion and follow-up status with the reporting manager. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students.
