Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and manage the company website and all key pages (Home, About, Services, Careers, Contact, etc.). Ensure the website is fully responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized. Regularly update website content, visuals, banners, and structure as per business requirements. Integrate third-party tools such as contact forms, CRM systems, chatbots, or newsletter platforms. Conduct routine website performance checks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize loading speed. Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaigns, landing pages, and promotions. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, security protocols, and data privacy standards. Work independently during night shift hours and provide daily progress updates. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Web Developer or Website Designer. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Wix . Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design standards. Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, Search Console. Experience with API integrations , plugins, and third-party tools. Basic skills in design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD . Strong communication skills and ability to work independently during night hours. Preferred Skills Experience in healthcare or tech-based website development. Familiarity with domain setup, hosting, SSL certificates, and website deployment.
