Develop and implement financial reporting and control systems to facilitate strong finance business partnering in accordance with the companys guidelines and financial policy. Analyze company's financial results on a monthly basis with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to executive leadership To partner with various internal stakeholders to consistently deliver and improve the financial shape of the business and ensure results in line with operating plan expectations for growth, earnings and cash.
