We are looking for a “Research Intern” who will complement to the growth journey of this initiative. Role Overview: The Research Intern shall be responsible for conducting comprehensive research across NBFCs, MFIs, and fintech lending ecosystems, supporting end-to-end product development, and providing analytical inputs to shape product strategy, workflows, and features. The role is designed for fresh graduates who aspire to build their career in the Consultancy and Product Development Domain. Key responsibilities: Conduct secondary and primary research on the lending and credit ecosystem (Banks, NBFCs and Credit Bureaus). Industry trends, emerging markets, regulatory developments, and technological advancements to be continuously tracked to support strategic product planning. Stay updated on key developments in the BFSI domain and consultancy landscape. Comprehensive research to be conducted to understand market needs, competitor products, and industry trends relevant to the proposed product. Product requirements to be identified, analyzed, and documented based on research insights and business objectives. Surveys and feedback forms to be designed and executed to gather user insights and validate product assumptions. Requirements: Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills - written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Suite and relevant market research tools. Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Business Management or related fields). Experience: Fresher or 6 months - 1 year of experience in relevant field. Stipend: Will be commensurate as per candidate’s skills and capabilities. Please note: Interns will be considered for a full-time role after completing three months of internship, subject to satisfactory performance.
