Job Title: ATG System Analyst Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 9+ Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ATG System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle ATG Web Commerce and will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing ATG-based eCommerce systems. This role requires collaboration with development teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of ATG applications. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and system requirements to design scalable ATG Commerce solutions . Collaborate with development teams to implement and enhance ATG-based applications. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to ATG Web Commerce, BCC, Endeca, and related components . Optimize ATG performance, caching, and database interactions for a seamless user experience. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ATG with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways, etc.). Provide technical documentation, process improvements, and best practices for ATG implementations. Support deployment activities, conduct testing, and ensure system stability post-implementation. Assist in debugging production issues and providing resolution within SLAs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in Oracle ATG Web Commerce (Dynamo, BCC, CSC, Endeca). Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and Web Services . Experience in ATG Commerce pipeline, personalization, and checkout flows . Knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and caching mechanisms (Coherence, EHCache, etc.) . Hands-on experience with integration of ATG with third-party applications . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies . Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based ATG implementations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) . Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular . Experience working in eCommerce, retail, or digital transformation projects .
