Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, the Marketing Manager position is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Create and manage digital campaigns in different channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, etc. Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars to enhance brand presence and engage with customers. Manage event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor negotiations, logistics, and on-site coordination, while ensuring seamless integration with digital marketing initiatives. Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging marketing materials and collateral for both digital and offline channels. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and offline events, using data analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize strategies. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, influencers and partners to support digital marketing campaigns and offline events. Translate the English marketing content to local language; and localize the global marketing campaigns. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our marketing strategies. Prepare and analyze marketing cost reports to track expenses, evaluate budget allocation, and ensure alignment with KPIs for efficient resource utilization. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in digital marketing and event management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Experience in planning and executing offline events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization strategies. Fluency in English and Hindi languages, both written and verbal.
