Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled JSP Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing web-based applications using Java technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining JSP-based applications while ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java Server Pages (JSP), Servlets, and Java EE technologies . Work with relational databases (MySQL/Oracle) for backend integration. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and business analysts. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for better performance. Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability. Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in JSP, Servlets, and Core Java . Strong understanding of Java EE frameworks (Spring, Hibernate preferred). Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX for front-end integration. Knowledge of MySQL/Oracle databases, SQL queries, and JDBC. Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with REST/SOAP web services. Exposure to application servers like Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
