Job Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executives to join our night-shift outbound calling team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales for our international clients. Key Responsibilities: Meet daily and weekly sales targets consistently. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Close deals through clear and persuasive communication. Maintain accurate customer data and follow up as needed. Follow the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for every customer. Be adaptive and comfortable working in a team environment. Requirements: Strong communication and convincing skills (English proficiency preferred). Prior tele sales or customer service experience is an advantage. Positive attitude, target-driven, and eager to grow. Basic computer knowledge to manage CRM or sales tools. Must have a laptop/computer and a reliable internet connection (preferably 100 Mbps).
