The role involves handling broadband installations, troubleshooting network issues, customer support, and ensuring seamless internet connectivity. The candidate should have hands-on experience with networking devices, fiber/FTTH technology, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain broadband connections (FTTH, Fiber, Wi-Fi routers, switches). Diagnose and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues for customers. Perform on-site technical support and resolve service-related complaints. Coordinate with the backend/ NOC team for escalated issues. Handle basic networking tasks – IP configuration, router/modem setup, Wi-Fi optimization. Maintain service quality and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Document service reports and updates after each job. Provide excellent customer service during visits or calls. Requirements Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Electronics, Networking, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in broadband/ISP/telecom field (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply). Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Router configuration). Knowledge of FTTH, Fiber splicing, ONU/OLT configuration is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to work on-site and flexible timing as per requirement.
