This role involves client engagement, site visits, deal negotiations, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to closing. The specialist plays a key role in achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term customer relationships. --- Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital marketing. Contact and qualify potential clients interested in buying, selling, or investing in real estate properties. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project features, pricing, and benefits. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability. Maintain and update client databases, follow up with leads, and manage the sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Stay updated on property market trends, competitor activities, and legal regulations. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and property exhibitions. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and communicate progress to management. Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and project offerings. --- Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience (1–5 years) in any marketing company or any other company Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of local markets. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and customer-focused personality. Preferred Skills: Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. Good understanding of property documentation and registration process. Professional appearance and confident public speaking skills. Multilingual communication ability is an advantage.
