Are you passionate about building things from the ground up? We're developing a custom ERP system for manufacturing and we're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the charge. This is not your usual coding job. You'll be shaping architecture, solving real manufacturing challenges, and leveraging AI tools to streamline development. You'll take full ownership of building a scalable ERP that makes a difference on the shop floor. What You'll Be Doing: Lead the design and development of the ERP system (database → frontend). Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate factory needs into a smart tech roadmap. Use AI tools to speed up development (boilerplate code, UI, APIs). Build backend services in Python for production planning & optimization. Design & maintain a clean, relational schema in PostgreSQL . Own the frontend in React.js (integrated with backend APIs, auth, real-time data). Oversee cloud deployment (Docker + AWS/GCP). Set coding and system quality standards across the board. Your Skills: ✅ 5+ years of full-stack experience with proven project leadership ✅ Strong in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) ✅ Expert in PostgreSQL (advanced SQL, relational schema design) ✅ Frontend mastery in React.js (hooks, state) ✅ Familiar with Tailwind CSS or similar UI frameworks ✅ Experience with CI/CD, cloud deployment, Docker ✅ Bonus: Worked with ERP or manufacturing systems ✅ Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity Why Join Us?
