We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Operations Executive to support the daily backend tasks across multiple D2C brands and marketplace accounts. You will work directly with the founder and help streamline execution across website, marketplace, and performance marketing operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings on Shopify — uploads, edits, pricing, inventory checks. Update website content (banners, homepage sections, landing pages) as required. Monitor website performance, raise issues, and ensure smooth user experience. Track daily orders from the website, coordinate with warehouse/partners for dispatch. Maintain inventory sheets and flag low-stock SKUs. Pull daily/weekly reports from Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other dashboards. Assist in basic customer support over WhatsApp/email (routing tickets, replying to common queries). Coordinate with designers, developers, agencies, and vendors for routine tasks. Maintain SOPs and ensure process consistency. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations (D2C preferred). Strong knowledge of Shopify and Google Sheets. Basic understanding of ads dashboards (Meta/Google) is a plus. Good communication and coordination skills. Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
