Role & responsibilities: Managing Nursing work in Senior Care Hospital and should able to do below task; Vitals checking, Injections(IM/IV/SC), Urinary Catheter, Bladder Wash, Ryles Tube Feeding, RT insertion, ECG, Suture work, First Aid, Dressing, Oral Care, Medicine Dispensing, Insulin admin, CPR, Oxygen Support. As a Family Physician at Astitva Medical & Health, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions. You will also oversee the healthcare of elderly patients and provide counseling and support to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily rounds for patients, assess their medical conditions, and provide accurate diagnoses. Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing care, particularly for patients with chronic conditions like Diabetes Mellitus (DM), Hypertension (HTN), and other medical issues. Counsel patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care. Communicate effectively with patients and their relatives, explaining medical conditions and treatment options. Handle emergency situations and make quick decisions for patient care. Coordinate with other medical professionals and team members for comprehensive patient management. Manage and monitor long-term care for elderly patients in homecare or healthcare settings. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and progress notes. Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving patient care standards. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: MBBS degree (MD or Diploma in any stream is an advantage). Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role; however, there is no upper limit on experience. Skills: Proficient in computer handling, email communication, and documentation. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with patients, their families, and team members. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to manage critical health situations. Ability to handle and manage elderly patients with care and compassion. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive monthly salary in the range of 60,000 - 75,000. Additional 5,000 per month as emergency shift allowance.
