Role Overview: AstaGuru Auction House is seeking a highly dynamic and experienced Cluster Head who will be responsible for managing and leading teams across our Watches, Jewelry, and Art categories. This role will focus on people management, operational oversight, performance monitoring, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven ability to manage high-performing client relations teams and drive business success in the luxury segment. Key responsibilities : Manage, and mentor teams across Watches, Jewelry, and Art categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee end-to-end people management, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Monitor individual and team performance to ensure high productivity and achievement of targets. Support and coordinate all operational and administrative aspects across categories to enable seamless functioning. Provide strategic guidance to client relations managers handling high-net-worth clientele, ensuring exceptional service standards. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the team. Work closely with management to align category performance with business objectives. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Act as a bridge between leadership and teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution of company strategy. Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end auction process, ensuring smooth operations, effective bidding, and client satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams to manage auction planning, marketing, and execution. Implement data-driven insights and technologies to improve the client experience and streamline auction operations. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 15+ years of experience in people management, client relations, or operations, preferably in luxury, art, jewelry, or related industries. Preferred background from BFSI sector Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, or SME Business with a stable career track record. Proven track record of leading large, diverse teams and driving performance excellence. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience in handling high-net-worth clients and understanding the nuances of luxury relationship management. Excellent organizational, operational, and administrative abilities. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and day-to-day execution. Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Luxury Management, or related field preferred.
